Site Strategic Planning

ERCI works with our clients to develop Site Strategic Plans: business plans and decision road maps that lead to optimal solutions to complex remediation projects.

Our Site Strategic Plan starts with incorporating client company values, or First Principles, to the primary selection of multiple remediation alternatives. We focus on the End State Vision of a particular site and utilize Stakeholder Analysis in strategy selection. We work as a team to create an ASTM-compliant Conceptual Site Model of exposure pathways and receptors that characterize the pre- and post-remedial risks and leads to the optimal solution. All relevant risks are identified and quantified in our analysis.

We complete the Site Strategic Plan with a detailed financial analysis, tested effective for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. We utilize our proprietary software suite, Defender^®, to assist in the financial analysis and ultimate selection of a remediation alternative.
